Allen W. Counts was Co-Founder and President of Pryor, Counts & Co., Inc. Pryor, Counts, one of America’s oldest Africa-American owned investment banking firms and a pioneer for African American firm’s involvement in the municipal bond market. Pryor Counts was the book running senior manager on what is still three of the largest tax-exempt financing senior managed financings done by an African American firm, being: $680 million for the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority, $360 million for the Atlanta Airport and $ 340 million for the Denver Airport, amongst hundreds of other managed transactions for issuers coast-to-coast. Prior to Pryor, Counts, Mr. Counts was a Vice President of Citibank, N.A., working in Hong Kong, and New York. Mr. Counts hold B.S. and J.D. degrees from Howard University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He also holds the following NASD designations:

1. General Securities Principal (Series 24).
2. Financial & Operational Principal (Series 27).
3. Registered Representative (Series 7).

He is a licensed Attorney.

Chad Robert serves as President for DSI. Mr. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Loyola University in Finance. Mr. Robert manages and coordinates Doley Securities Inc., institutional investment accounts, producing the best investments for our clients.

In 2002, Aaron served on the floor at the New York Stock Exchange as an intern. In the summer of 2003 he worked as a White House intern in the office of Public Liasion where he introduced guest to daily functions. He received a bachelor degree in business management from Mercy College in 2004 and studied abroad in Lugano, Switzerland.

Aaron is presently registered with Doley Securities LLC and has been since January 2004. His primary focus is on public finance. Aaron holds the title of Operations Manager. His duties include dealing with daily operations and investor relations.

Mr. Tessier has spent almost 30 years in the investment banking industry. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University, he joined a regional brokerage firm with the specific assignment of starting a Public Finance Department (PFD). Within 3 years, the PFD he created ranked consistently in the top ten in the Revenue Bonds category as noted by Institutional Investor® and IDD®. Mr. Tessier conceived of and created the first adjustable rate option bond; transaction was done in the summer of 1981 for Allied Chemical (now Allied Signal).

Kael Saloy attended Dillard University from 2004-2008. He has since graduated with a degree in Economics and Finance. In February of 2007, Mr. Saloy began interning at Doley Securities and obtained his series 7, he currently holds the position of Municipal Head Trader. His responsibilities include dealing with municipal trades on a daily basis.
